USDA's Foreign Agricultural Service today posted news about the opening of the Dowa Teacher Training College in Malawi, which was inaugurated in November. The college was established through a unique public-private partnership led by Planet Aid, with the help of the Foreign Agricultural Service's Food for Progress program.
