Planet Aid Booster Clubs
Are you looking for a way to teach your class about other peoples and cultures? Do you want an activity to help them learn to work together while making a difference in the world? Consider starting a Planet Aid booster club.
What is a booster club?
Booster clubs are service projects for a classroom, school, scout troop, or other organization. A booster club is a way for children in the United States to establish a connection with children in Africa and raises funds to help them have a better quality of life.
A booster club could help pay for a new well and pump so kids can have a clean and reliable source of water, or purchase desks and other furniture for a classroom, or obtain sporting equipment so that teachers can organize games for children.
How does my group raise funds?
You can use any means you like to raise funds. The options are limitless and could include a clothing drive, car wash, or crowdfunding. The choice is up to you, and we can help guide you through the process.
