Planet Aid’s textile reuse facility in Milford, MA is located near Boston and serves the larger New England area including Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Southern Maine. Since 1997, we have collected and diverted more than 250 million pounds of used textiles  throughout New England. Milford hosts Planet Aid’s largest facility and it features a 24-hour drop-off donation center.

Making New England’s communities greener and stronger

Planet Aid was founded in the Bay State in 1997. We partner with MassDEP as a sustainable, reuse/recycling solution for the state’s textile waste ban. Our warehouse also features a roof-top solar plant, which produces 684,800 kilowatt of electricity annually. We support the broader community through activities like toy and backpack donations to monetary donations to local YMCAs, shelters and soup kitchens. Our partnership fundraising also benefits PTOs, schools, municipalities and other local organizations.
