Planet Aid, along with family and friends, participated in [Care of Poor People](https://www.planetaid.org/blog/your-local-planet-aid/kansas-city/news/planet-aid-participates-in-copps-stand-your-ground-event)'s (COPP) Winter Survival 13 event. Planet Aid donated thousands of pounds of coats and blankets to help those who are affected most prepare for this winter. Staff, family and friends volunteered at the event, setting up, sorting and distributing the items as needed. The event was a huge success!
