🧵 Before you toss it... mend it.

What if your favorite pair of jeans just needed a patch? Or that beloved jacket only needed a new button?

Join us for our Pop-Up Mending Lab at The Loop by Planet Aid on Sunday, July 19, from 12–3 PM in Fells Point!

In partnership with Sewing Lab, talented local independent designers will be offering affordable, on-the-spot clothing repairs to help you give your favorite pieces a second chance.

Sustainable Fashion Starts with Small Changes

This event is about more than repairing clothes—it's about changing the way we think about them. Every time we choose to mend instead of replace, we reduce waste, conserve valuable resources, and help keep wearable clothing in circulation.

Did you know the average American throws away about 80 pounds of clothing each year? Many of those garments could have been worn much longer with a simple repair. Together, we can help make sustainable fashion a little more practical—and a lot more approachable.

Come shop, mend, and discover how small repairs can make a big impact. We can't wait to see you!

💚 Each repair is offered for a small, highly reduced fee, with 100% of the proceeds going directly to the independent designers. It's a meaningful way to support local artists while giving your clothes a second chance.
