Planet Aid was a part of the Ruxton Community Cleanup event held in Baltimore, Maryland on Saturday, April 8. Community members were encouraged to bring any unwanted household items to the event. Planet Aid collected all clothing and shoes at the event. This is the third year that Planet Aid has been at the community cleanup, which took place from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Riderwood Elementary School.
"It was a great morning," said Territory Manager Jason DeGraw, "The best part of the event was meeting the people in the community. The residents were very interested in learning what our mission is and how the recycling process works."
