Planet Aid will be at MetroFest in Framingham, Massachusetts on September 26 to educate the public about textile recycling and collect used shoes and clothing. The event will offer music, food trucks, exhibitors, and other activities.

Remember to bring along the shoes you no longer wear to donate to Planet Aid! Those who donate their old shoes will receive a True Runner coupon and a free pedometer, while supplies last. Donations helped fund our development projects in Africa, Asia, and the Americas. UPDATE!
Planet Aid collected 385 pounds of shoes and spoke to a few hundred visitors about the importance of recycling at MetroFest 2015. Thank you to all of the community members who did their part to keep shoes out of the landfill!
